7. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
- Custom, made-to-order, or assembled furniture is non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for assessment.
- Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
